Behind the Scenes

We are Jim and LoRetta Godwin and we are “Gettin’ By” in Paradise. For nearly 15 years our hearts have been drawn to The Florida Keys. We visited and explored as often as our busy lives would allow, with hopes and plans to one day live here full-time. Our dreams came true a couple years ago when we said good bye to city life, and traded in our high heels and steel toed boots for flip-flops. Leaving behind the hustle and bustle and long work weeks, we landed on Little Torch Key. 

Not quite ready for retirement, we combined our talents and passion to help fellow Keys lovers enjoy it as much as we do. My personal assistant, concierge, and property management experience along with Jim’s people skills and dedication to hard work, is what makes this the perfect business for us.
